Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or booking our services. By accessing our website [www.CasaPureMaids.com] or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

CasaPure Maids provides professional residential cleaning services in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Standard House Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning

  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

  • Vacation Rental/Airbnb Cleaning

All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after the service, depending on your plan.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

  • A valid payment method is required to confirm all appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged in full.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix the issue at no extra charge.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to issues reported after the 24-hour window or if the area was occupied or used after the service.

Access to Your Property

You are responsible for providing our team with safe and timely access to the property.
If we are unable to access your home at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
We are not liable for any delays caused by restricted access or incorrect addresses.

Damages & Liability

We are fully insured and take great care with your property.
In the rare event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and address the issue.
CasaPure Maids is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Improperly installed fixtures

  • Items of extreme sentimental or monetary value not disclosed in advance

User Conduct

By using our website or services, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Impersonate any other person or entity

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our website or services

Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, images, and graphics—is the property of CasaPure Maids and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute content without our written permission.

Privacy
