Cancellation Policy

CasaPure Maids – Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies

Booking Policy

Scheduling your cleaning is easy! You can book by phone or by filling out our Get a Free Quote form.

 

  1.  To secure your booking, we may ask for a valid credit card on file.

  2.  For first-time cleanings, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred spot.

  3.  Love a clean routine? Recurring clients can reserve regular time slots for consistency.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We know things don’t always go as planned! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

  1. Less than 24 hours’ notice? A $50 fee may apply.

  2. Locked out? No worries—we’ll waive it the first time. After that, the full service fee will apply.

  3. Frequent changes? To keep things running smoothly, we may ask for prepayment on future bookings.

Waitlist Policy

If your preferred date or time isn’t available, no problem—you can join our waitlist.

  1. •     As soon as a spot opens up, we’ll notify clients on a first-come, first-served basis.

  2. •     To hold a waitlist spot, we’ll just need your contact info and preferred service.

  3. •     Once notified, you’ll have 2 hours to confirm before the spot is offered to the next client.
